Jerry gets Elaine an apartment right above his own, but the implications of this make Jerry wish he never suggested it. George tests a theory that wearing a wedding band will make him more attractive to women.

Jerry’s Apartment
Jerry convinces the building managers, Harold and Manny, to let Elaine rent the unit directly above him. However, he immediately regrets the offer, but is luckily saved when another tenant offers double the down payment to get the unit.

Monk’s Café
Jerry tells George about his error in trying to get Elaine the unit above him, which begins the epic argument between the two over which is truly the bigger idiot.
