Jerry’s plans to meet a gorgeous model for an airport rendezvous are derailed. Kramer bets on flight arrivals with a rich Texan. George attempts to prove to his boss that he’s not a racist. Elaine plans on quitting her job with Mr. Pitt – until she realizes she’s in his will.
Elaine tells the gang that she plans on doing the “march in” and quitting her job for Mr. Pitt. George borrows Jerry’s camera to get a photo of him and Mr. Morgan.
George shows a photo of Mr. Morgan to Jerry and Kramer, asking if they see a resemblance to Sugar Ray Leonard. Jerry tells Kramer to keep his urge to gamble in check, as he has been “clean” for over three years.
Ithaca, NEW YORK (map)
Jerry does a 3:00 show in Ithaca, and is scheduled to arrive back at night to see Bridget at the Diplomat’s Club…but the plans go awry. Katie and Jerry drive a rental car into a backyard pool outside Ithaca on the way home, prompting Mr. Pitt to recognize him (and subsequently have Elaine fired).

Elaine plans on quitting with the “march-in,” but decides to stay since Mr. Pitt puts her in his will. Elaine later gets fired as part of a “conspiracy” to try and have Jerry drug Mr. Pitt, after Pitt recognizes Jerry on television when stranded in Ithaca.
George tries getting a picture with Mr. Morgan, but offends him for saying he looks like Sugar Ray Leonard. George later brings in Karl from Defend Exterminators because he’s black, to try to prove his racial unbias to Mr. Morgan.

Jerry and Kramer visit the Diplomat’s Club (Jerry “followed the planes”), Jerry to fly United Airlines with Katie to Ithaca, and Kramer to hang out. Jerry barely makes it back from Ithaca to spend any time with Bridget. Kramer meets Earl Haffler, and makes bets on arrivals and departures out of LaGuardia. He originally offers the Son Of Sam’s mailbag as gambling collateral, but the deal is off when Earl finds out Jerry is on the Ithaca flight and caused its delay.

Earl mentions he’s stuck at LaGuardia because he’s flight has been delayed…”they’re all morons.” Earl later bets Kramer that Flight 902 to Pittsburgh will depart before his flight, Flight 44, leaves for Houston.

Kramer calls “his bank” to get Newman to bring collateral for his gambling with Earl – the mailbag of David Berkowitz, the notorious “Son Of Sam.”
