Susan invites her friend, a Broadway show wig master, to stay with them. George finds a cheap parking lot but realizes that prostitutes use the cars to conduct their business. Kramer convinces the wig master to loan him the show’s Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Kramer is forced to stay with Jerry after leaving his apartment keys at the Jiffy Park. Jerry, Elaine and Kramer discuss the “free exchange of sex and discounts, the cornerstones of a healthy relationship,” between Elaine and Craig, the Andover Shop clerk.
Monk’s Café
Elaine’s new fling, Craig, promises her a discount on clothes from his employer. Jerry gets upset when everyone begins assuming that Craig and Elaine are a couple, rather than him and Elaine being a couple.

Jerry looks for a crested blazer here, and Elaine picks up the salesman, Craig, who quickly assumes he and Elaine are not dating. Craig continually promises Elaine a discount on a Nicole Miller dress, just to keep her in the loop. In a deleted scene, Jerry is loitering at a newsstand, showing off his new crested blazer, when he is yelled at by the newsstand owner: “Hey Prince Albert, go back to Monaco, this ain’t the royal library!”
George’s Apartment
The “wig master,” Ethan, stays at George and Susan’s apartment for two weeks while in town with the Broadway production of “Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”
Kramer’s Apartment
Kramer is accidentally locked out of his apartment, after he left his apartment key on his car keys when leaving the car at Jiffy Park. He is then forced to bunk with Jerry until his keys are available.

George later has a run-in with Susan and a hooker in the parking lot…and Kramer has a run-in with the police, accusing him of pimping. Kramer mentions the lot is on Twelfth Ave., and the establishing shot shows a sign pointing to “Convention Center,” implying the lot is near the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center at 655 W. 34th St.
