On their way to buy a big screen TV for “The Drake,” George parks his father’s car in a handicap spot. An angry mob trashes the car and George must face the wrath of his father. We meet Frank Costanza for the first time.

The gang discuss what kind of engagement present to get The Drake and Drakette, with the group offering mixed feelings on The Drake (“Love The Drake!” “Hate The Drake!” “The Drake is good!”) Kramer declares his love for Lola, the wheelchair-bound victim of the gang’s parking job.

The gang visits a mall here to buy The Drake an engagement present, and parks in a handicap spot. Kramer suggests when they are stalling for time that they should all get a house in Lynbrook and live together.

Costanza House
The first appearance of the Costanza House, where Frank wins the Silver Circle Award, and United Volunteers Representative of the Month…and is then arrested for “reckless endangerment of public safety in violation of traffic code 342-A” for parking in a handicap spot. As payback for his car damage and humiliation, Frank makes George his butler.

The victim of the gang’s parking spot, Lola, was taken here, where Kramer falls in love with her: “She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. I love her, I’m going to ask her to marry me. She’s got everything I’ve always wanted in another human being…except for the walking.”
