Kramer falls for Jerry’s girlfriend. George suspects the foundation board thinks he killed Susan so he plants a tape recorder in his briefcase. Elaine’s boyfriend Kevin gets a vasectomy to prove he doesn’t want kids. Inspired by Kevin, Jerry, Kramer and Newman decide to get vasectomies, too.

Jerry’s Apartment
Kramer meets Jerry’s girlfriend Pam, and quickly falls for her. He later confesses his love to Jerry, who is now not so keen on ending the relationship. Jerry and George dissect George’s damaged tape recorder, to hear what the Foundation board thinks of George.

Monk’s Café
George shares his suspicion with Jerry that the Foundation thinks he killed Susan. George later dissects the tape recording with Elaine. Jerry and George suspect “Bizarro Jerry” is lying to Elaine, claiming that men would say anything for a woman (“I once told a woman that I coined the phrase ‘Pardon my French'”).

Elaine’s Apartment
Elaine gets grilled by Carol, Lisa and Gail for not having a baby. Kevin, “the Bizarro Jerry,” announces to her that he had a vasectomy, which is later reversed.
